It was a night of splendor and excellence as thousands of music lovers flocked to the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad on Saturday 9th May 2015 for the Richard Marx and Michael Bolton ‘Enchantment’ Mother’s Day concert presented by the Ricky Raghunanan Group of Companies.

The two legends thrilled with a variety of their hits that left the audience enthralled. Indeed, what was billed as a Mother’s Day show turned out to be equally a night for romantics.

Earlier, local superstars Kees Dieffenthaller and Ravi B had gotten the ball rolling with typically energetic performances.

Marx then took to the stage and the man who has sold over 30 million records belted out a string of hits, including ‘Right Here Waiting’, ‘Save Me’, ‘When You Loved Me,’ ‘Hazard’, and ‘Now and Forever’.

Marx was followed by the multiple Grammy award winning Bolton whose repertoire on the night included ‘Said I Love You…But I Lied’, ‘Can I Touch You There’, ‘How Can We Be Lovers’, ‘Time, Love and Tenderness’, ‘When A Man Loves A Woman’, ‘Power of Love’ and ‘The Prayer’.

For ‘Power of Love’ and ‘The Prayer’ Bolton was joined on stage by Amanda Brown, a stunning young singer-songwriter who was a top six finisher in the third season of the popular American television singing competition ‘The Voice.’ Brown also treated those in attendance to a spirited solo performance, leaving many convinced that she has an exciting future in the music industry. Bolton, meanwhile, had the crowd literally begging for more.
